Here are just a few shots of my son's new home! Cosmetically and structurally there really isn't anything needed. He may decide to paint a room or two later but, for now, he is focused on buying furniture and household items. So starting from scratch here! He does need some basics though - like a trash can And yea he is young and having fun. Lots of fun with his wonderful friends. Priceless :)

He will probably be spending a lot of time on his screen porch. See those beautiful pink roses outside? Love them. The lattice work is there because the previous owners had some Lab Retrievers. Kept them from busting out!

And the pink peonies. The heavy rains have beaten them down a bit and I had forgotten how much I love these.
And yes - he is a guy but he loves and is so proud of his new home - he has worked hard, saved hard, and been patient finding the one that he adores
Great house--I love all of the greenery, especially the rose bush. When we moved into our current home there was no lanscaping, it had no character.
